This is good news, but I'd feel better if it wasn't "news," if you know what I mean. Secret operations on the front page tend to lose effectiveness.

Hmm... 'Special Advisers' being sent in to prop up a weak and unpopular Government and help it to deal with a sizeable insurgent population. Sounds altogether too reminiscent of how a certain South-East Asian conflict got rolling for comfort.
