I believe that someone is trying to translate this for you now. It would took me days to translate this article (It's only a round 15 pages) It's about Michael "Chang" Yon that I believe all of you already know him, about previous situation in Thailand.

I tried to copy text out of the document, but the binary data copied out does not map onto the TIS-620 codepage. Some characters are 1 slot off and others are further off. The way the bits are stored are in the PDF is not working with copy/paste. If the document source was stored in notepad as UTF-8 it could probably be run through a translator
