Moment of Truth in Iraq - Chapter One

C H A P T E R O N E

Be Not Afraid
You shall cross the barren desert, but you shall not die of thirst.
You shall wander far in safety though you do not know the way.
You shall speak your words in foreign lands and all will understand.
You shall see the face of God and live.
Be not afraid. I go before you always;
Come follow me, and I will give you rest.

I sent my signed copy of Moment Of Truth to my son who is currently in Fallujah on his second tour USMC and he has read your book and said it was good. I am sure to never see it again as it is now being passed around for his buddies to enjoy.
I am going to send him my copy of your first book Danger Close, I am sure he will enjoy it.

Good show Michael! I enjoyed Danger Close and love Moment of Truth. It's great to get the real story straight from the front. Watching the TV news and getting whichever 40 seconds they choose to share each day hardly gives an accurate portrayal of what is going on.

I especially enjoyed your email to Gen. Patreaus about the Army's handling of the media war. Hilarious as it was, it was so spot on.
