Any superior officer or non-com who utilizes his or her privilege of rank to coerce, intimidate or otherwise unlawfully and/or unethically force a subordinate service member into a sexually compromising situation should be given a DD, prison time, and drummed out of the service. Only sexual predators behave in this manner and there is no room whatsoever for sexual predators in the American military services.
