It would appear that the terrorist group Hamas is stealing from its own people. This should not be surprising; Hamas is a criminal organization engaged in criminal activities.  Even the UN is calling out Hamas to end the theft.

When the UN and Amnesty International charge that Hamas commits war crimes, they will gain some respectability on the topic.
