Interesting article, even tho it's basically historical. What is needed is a fleet of "cyber-drones". Autonomous software that automatically detects, tracks and destroys the source of a threat or attack within seconds without having to gain human permission to do so. In other words "SkyNet". But that has it's own dangers, doesn't it.

The 1982 Canadian-Soviet Trojan story was fascinating. I had no idea. Makes me wonder what's happening behind the scenes now that we won't know about for 20 years, if then.

More than you or anyone who isn't in the loop knows. And not just "cyberstuff". A long time ago a certain gentlemen "in the know" stated that: "If you (the public) can imagine it, we've already done it". Perhaps a bit of hyperbole, but basically true.
